In this 8-week series, we will explore the powerful practice of Yuan Qigong and how it can help you establish a foundation for health and well-being. Regular practice of Yuan Gong cultivates self-awareness, emotional balance, and resilience.
Whether you are experiencing stress and anxiety or simply seeking a greater sense of life balance and self-awareness, these classes can provide you with tools and techniques to cultivate greater health and well-being and help you navigate challenging emotions with greater ease and grace.
Yuan Qigong is a holistic practice that combines movement, meditation, and visualization to harmonize and balance the body's energy system. Through gentle and flowing movements and still practices, you will learn to activate and balance your Qi, or life force energy, promoting emotional and physical healing.
Discover the power of Yuan Qigong to regulate and transform emotions and disturbances which are at the root of health problems. Practices aim to cultivate lifeforce and connect one to the heart and our true essence, which allows us to embrace the challenges of life without identifying and losing ourselves. Instead, we learn tools to investigate what blockages stand between self-love, acceptance and greater well-being by examining the patterns of consciousness and heart.
The classes are suitable for both new and experienced practitioners. The classes will include both learning and deepening of the Yuan Qigong methods.
Sessions can be attended live or online and will be recorded if you cannot attend. Investment is $160 for the block.
