Ecopsychology has gained recognition as a discipline over the past two decades, focusing on the psychological connections between humans and nature and how this relationship influences well-being, behaviour, and perceptions of the world. It merges psychological and ecological principles to support sustainability and foster a sense of interconnectedness, emphasising humans’ integral role within the life on our vibrant planet.

Mark, who holds a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Ecopsychology, has more than 25 years of teaching experience in both New Zealand and abroad. His goal is to enhance ecopsychological awareness for the benefit of individuals and the environment by facilitating impactful experiences within communities and nature.

In this workshop, Mark will utilise different techniques from contemplative education and ecopsychology to deepen connections to nature and to create a supportive environment for meaningful listening and sharing personal experiences in nature.

Limited to 12 participants. Bookings are essential. Bookings close Friday, 21st March at 2pm. Book Now
