This is the first in a sequence of courses guiding us through the fascinating world of wild fermentation.
This workshop will give you information about the basic techniques and philosophies of sourdough baking. There will be bread baking and tasting and Adriana will be giving away some of her mature starter to encourage everyone to try and make it at home.
Adriana is a Pastry chef by trade and her sourdough journey has started about 5years ago as a part of her path to improve her diet and healthy eating habits.
