Mindfulness Meditation

'Come along once a month and grab some calm. We spend some time warming up, then usually sit for a meditation practice, followed by some mindfulness exercises. It's a fun, relaxed and open group, anyone is welcome from beginners to experts. Each month one of the core members runs the session sot here's always something new to try out. This group was created from a desire for more calm in teachers lives and has now evolved to the wider community, everyone deserves a space where they can take some time for them, and we hope you are able to join us!
