This is a hands-on, fun and informative workshop. You will work in pairs to make your own piece of feta and mozzarella. Group maximum is 12, so plenty of time for questions and answers.
This is a fundraiser for a home-school group that meets every Wednesday at Riverside Community. The children (aged 9 – 13 years) are going to Wellington in November and are raising most of the money needed for this trip.
Tanja & Irma are mothers of four of the children, and also experienced cheese-makers. Some children are helping to organise this workshop.
Price per workshop is $50, includes ingredients for your own feta and mozzarella to take home, recipes and a 'cheesey' afternoon tea.
