About the Event
Although this outdoor workshop in Riverside's lush surroundings follows the indoor session held on March 23rd, it can also be enjoyed as a stand-alone session. It will be postponed to the 13th of April in case of rain.
Ecopsychology as a subject has emerged over the past 20 years. At its base level, ecopsychology is the study of the relationship between humans and nature in psychological terms and how that relationship impacts our well-being, behaviour, and worldview. It combines psychology and ecology to promote sustainability and interconnectedness. It is a way of looking at human beings and the world no longer as two separate and independent things but recognising how much we are part of life and this beautiful green and blue planet.
Mark (MA in Transpersonal Ecopsychology) is informed and guided by 25+ years of experience as an educator – both in NZ and internationally. His aim is to nurture ecospychological awareness…
