About the Event
Join Riverside Education for an engaging evening in the kitchen, where you'll uncover the secrets of vegetable fermentation. We are going to taste and make a variety of naturally fermented vegetables, including sauerkraut and kimchi!
Guided by your tutors Verena and Jenny, learn how to preserve and enhance your garden's bounty without the need for sugar or vinegar.
