Regular Theatre Classes for Kids (5 to 8 years old)

After two successful mini-series of theatre sessions that left kids with smiles all around and asking for more, Barbara Knewitz from Dreamspace Theatre has now offered to run weekly theatre classes for kids aged 5 to 8! So register all your young creative performers :)

Jeux Dramatique is a form of improvisational theatre that does not have a performance as its goal. The only props used are cloths of all shapes, colours and sizes. The children design their own space. Small stories are read aloud, and the children can act out and choose their own roles; they can decide to be a stone or the sun or, a person, animal, etc. There are no limits to their imagination. Social roles are explored through some of the stories. The children experience the feeling of "giving" and "receiving".

Short relaxation exercises and fun games are a part of the classes.
